上班喝水正不正常？

我是徐州分公司世茂物业保安，主管天天就想着怎么罚钱？上12小时晚上8点下吧！接着在开2个小时的会，到家10点半吃完饭洗完澡12点，明天6点多起来去上班，白天那么热，为什么喝水还要钱？为什么保安还兼职帮领优艾设计网_Photoshop问答导卖水吗？为什么办公室人员喝水不要钱？为什么做领导不知道体谅下属吗？以上全部属于事实。这是世茂老板要求规定的吗？
